Carrie has also held several interim positions including CAO and Controller. Finally, Carrie has extensive experience implementing and managing Sarbanes-Oxley frameworks and was instrumental in developing AXIA’s SOX methodology, accompanying templates and management reporting tools.
Prior to joining AXIA Partners, Carrie worked at CenterPoint Energy, Inc. and Andersen, where she gained experience in financial reporting, general accounting, auditing and compliance. Specifically, this experience included preparation of SEC filings, building a new Hyperion structure, preparing entries and support for the CenterPoint Energy/Reliant Energy restructuring and planning, administering and executing client audits.
