Robert B. Einkauf, CPA
Bob Einkauf is a Senior Manager at AXIA Partners with over 25 years of experience in multiple industries including Oil and Gas Services, Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance and Health Care. Bob has provided a wide range of services to clients that include technical issue resolution, internal controls and financial reporting.
Since joining AXIA, Bob has designed and established a finance shared services center accounting department structure for a global software & technology company. He also served as the center’s Controller during the transition. Bob has prepared SEC filings, coordinated the compilation of monthly and annual governmental reports and provided assurance for annual analyst and investor presentations. He has also directed processes for multiple holding companies, managed the reporting for headquarters overhead business units, monitored and evaluated adequacy of key balance sheet reserves and managed the process of capturing and reporting merger expenses and related accruals.
Prior to joining AXIA Partners, Bob served as Controller for Cardinal Health Inc./Owen Healthcare, Inc. where he directed all financial activities/reporting, implemented Oracle Financial Applications and streamlined financial reporting processes. Prior to that, Bob was the Vice President of Finance at Quaker Oats Corp/Southwest Snapple Corp. Bob was employed by Snapple Beverage Corporation to start up the Texas joint venture. Bob has also worked at Pepsico, Inc./Pepsico Food Systems, Inc. as an Audit Manager developing audit plans and risk assessments for internal control engagements. He began his career at KPMG where he left as an Audit Manager.
Bob earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration with highest honors in Accounting from The University of Texas.
