Mandy Harris is a Senior Director at AXIA Partners with extensive experience in the professional services industry, where she specializes in consulting in the areas of information technology, HITRUST, SOX, internal controls, internal audit, and regulatory compliance. During her career, Mandy has worked with clients in a broad spectrum of industries and possesses in-depth knowledge of energy, manufacturing, health care, as well as, banking and financial services sector.
Mandy maintains a high degree of entrepreneurialism consistently demonstrated in her ability to establish and develop long term relationships with her clients built upon solid business and industry perspectives, commitment to excellence and solutions-based performance. Customer-focused and performance-driven, Mandy partners with clients navigating through organizational change to provide interim resources and project solutions. Leveraging a Big Four/industry background and auditing, information technology, accounting, finance, and compliance expertise, she is uniquely able to interface across functions and business units.
Prior to joining AXIA Partners, Mandy was the founder and Managing Director of her own information technology compliance consulting firm. There she spent fifteen years developing and serving clients in a variety of industries. Prior to starting her own firm, Mandy worked for a number of start-up companies, in sales and consulting, helping them establish their businesses in Houston, Texas. Further, Mandy also worked in public accounting for eleven years of her career. During her tenure in public accounting, Mandy provided information technology audit and business consulting solutions.
Mandy is a native Texas. She has an MBA from the University of Houston and an Accounting Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mandy holds a CPA license in the state of Texas.
